Founder & CEO of the African American Family Association (AAFA). Pastor Tyler has dedicated his life to uplifting Chicago’s at-risk communities. By integrating faith, mental health support, human development, life skills and vocational training, he creates opportunities for individuals and families to thrive and with dignified lived experiences.
In addition to his leadership at AAFA, Pastor Tyler is the Senior Pastor of Greater Apostolic Faith Mission Church and the CEO of All Nations Christian Community, Inc. He is also the founder and Principal of 21st Century Consulting Group LLC, where he focuses on human and leadership development and organizational capacity-building. Pastor Tyler holds an advanced degree from North Park University and the Midwest Apostolic Bible College, as well as honorary doctorate in Divinity and Humane Letters. He is a Certified Ethics Associate, Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, Life Coach, and Leadership Development Instructor. Throughout his career, Pastor Tyler has built partnerships with educational institutions, workforce agencies, and community organizations to expand opportunities for underserved populations. His steadfast commitment to family, faith, and community transformation continues to guide his service and leadership ability to blend creativity and strategy to deliver results that exceed expectations.
